Role Overview:
In the role of GTM Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to support the growth of Disco’s business by collaborating and working closely with the broader GTM function (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Growth) across the organization. In this role you will support a variety of activities including: project management on key marketing initiatives, demand generation, competitive research & analysis, demo account strategy & creation, marketing collateral creation, content marketing and more.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Management - support project management across key marketing projects including lead gen tools, marketing campaign management, SEO and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Lead Identification - collaborate with GTM team to ideate, create & iterate on leads lists
- Data Enrichment - work with key sales tools (i.e. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay) to enrich lead lists & optimize sales processes
- Demand Generation: Assist in executing campaigns to attract and engage prospective customers.
- Conduct Competitive Analysis: Research competitors and provide insights to refine positioning and messaging.
- Develop Demo Accounts: Create and maintain product demo accounts tailored to customer use cases.
- Migration Support: Assist with customer migration projects
- Create Marketing Collateral: Design sales enablement materials like one-pagers, case studies, and presentations.
- Data Analytics: Collaborate with the team to support on reporting and analytics (i.e. funnel analysis)
Who you are:
- You have experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, business development, or marketing (including work experiences and/or extra curricular activities).
- You are working towards a degree or are a recent grad in Commerce or Business Administration (preferred)

- Experience with sales & marketing tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales outreach tools like Lemlist is an asset
- Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution
